I've made
a list of jobs that pay weekly, daily, or multiple times a week. There are a
lot of work at home opportunities that only pay monthly or twice a month, and
getting paid that infrequently may not do much to help with immediate financial
needs.
Keep in
mind that the companies below may or may not be hiring right this
moment. Also, not everything on this list is technically at at home job. Some
aren't done from home, but they are very flexible.
Jobs That
Pay Weekly (Or More Often)
1. Shipt –
Personal Shopping
Shipt offers an
opportunity that is not “at home” but it is flexible. They hire people to be
personal shoppers. So basically, you're picking up orders via their app,
collecting the items their clients need from stores, and then delivering them.
Shipt pays
weekly, and it's possible to earn around $22 an hour according to their
website.

2.
Postmates – Food Delivery
This is
another not “at home” but flexible opportunity. Postmates is almost
always looking for drivers to accept food orders via their app and deliver
them. You can work whenever you want.

are made either weekly or daily (your choice) via Paypal or direct deposit.

3.
Instacart – Personal Shopping
Instacart offers a
personal shopping service similar to Shipt (above). It's very flexible. You can
work whenever you want to work. Basically you pick up orders, get the items
from the store, and then deliver them to people who have requested them.
Payments
are made daily or weekly via direct deposit. There is a fee for cashing out
daily.

4.
Rover – Pet Sitting
Rover
almost always needs dog (or cat) sitters to sign up with their network. This
opportunity could be “at home” if you did the pet sitting from your house.
However, some of your clients may prefer you do the sitting at their houses.
According
to Rover, you could earn $100 or more per week pet sitting for them. This is
paid via check or Paypal within a few business days after your sitting
appointment.

5. Lyft –
Ride Sharing
This is
a popular ride-sharing app you may have used, and they almost always need new
drivers. Lyft is very flexible. Their website proclaims it's “guaranteed” you
could make $1,000 in all cities.
Payments
are made weekly via your bank account, or you can request your pay every day
via Lyft's “ExpressPay” option

6. Cambly
– ESL Tutoring
Cambly hires people to
work at home teaching English to non-native speakers of the language. They pay
out earnings every Monday via Paypal. According to Cambly, you can earn around
$10 an hour tutoring for them.

7. Amazon
MTurk – Short Tasks
Working
online for Amazon MTurk means you have access to a vast pool of short tasks.
You pick and choose which ones you'd like to work on. Tasks include data entry,
transcription, image tagging, and everything in between.
It's
possible to get paid every single day with Amazon MTurk. After the task
requester approves your work, you can request payout with as little as $1 in
your account.
Payments
are sent via direct deposit to your bank, or you have the option to spend the
money on Amazon.

8.
Studypool – Academic Tutoring
Studypool is
a popular online platform for homework help. If you sign up as a Studypool
tutor, you can get paid to provide this help to students who need it.
You can
withdraw your tutoring earnings at any time on Studypool. It should take about
three business days for payments to process after you've requested them.

9. Allegis
Transcription – Transcription Jobs
Allegis is
always looking for skilled transcribers to join their team. Most of the
transcription online jobs from home they do is for insurance and legal
industries.

10. Blue
Zebra – Appointment Setting
Blue Zebra
is regularly hiring people to work at home making “cold calls.” So if sales
isn't your thing, you may not want to apply here. You must have to five to
seven years of experience in sales to be considered.
At Blue
Zebra, it's possible to start out at $15 hourly. Payments are made weekly with
direct deposit.

11. Chegg
– Academic Tutoring
Chegg
hires tutors to work at home helping students across a wide variety of
subjects. It's possible to work from anywhere with students of many levels,
starting out at middle school age and extending through college.
Payments
are made very week. According to Chegg, their top tutors are able to earn around
$1,000 month with rates starting at $20 an hour.

12. Online
Writing Jobs – Freelance Writing
This is a
company that hires writers to work at home, producing written content for their
clients. They only hire US-based writers, and you must submit a writing sample
to be considered.

13.
TranscribeMe – Transcription Jobs
TranscribeMe
accepts transcribers with or without experience to transcribe audio files for
their clients. This site does pay on the lower end when it comes the industry
norm for most transcription companies, and many applicants say their skills
test is hard to pass.

Textbroker – Freelance Writing
Textbroker
is always hiring new freelance writers to create content for their clients. The
work is posted in a large pool so once accepted, you are free to pick and
choose the projects you want to work on at your writing level.

are made weekly via Paypal. However, you must have at least $20 in your writer
account to qualify for a cash out.

15.
Quicktate – Transcription
Quicktate
is another transcription company that is open to hiring complete beginners. You
do have to take a skills test in order to be considered for work. Quicktate is
open to considering applicants outside the United States. They do run a
background check on new applicants, and this costs $15.

16.
OnPoint Advocacy – Advocacy Coordinators
As an
Advocacy Coordinator for OnPoint, you will coordinate outbound outreach
efforts via telephone and written communications. This online job from home is
project-based, and you must agree to work a minimum of 25 hours per week when
there is an active project.

17.
Clickworker – Short Tasks
Similar to
Amazon MTurk (above), you work at home for Clickworker doing a variety of easy online
tasks that you may pick and choose. Clickworker allows you to log in and work
whenever you want as well.
Payments
are made weekly. Cickworker will also process your payments monthly if that's
what you prefer. Payments are made via SEPA or Paypal, your choice.

18.
LanguageLine Solutions – Translation & Interpretation
LanguageLine
hires people from the US, Canada, UK, and Costa Rica to work on their many
interpretation and translation jobs. So if you are from any of these areas and
you are fluent in another language apart from English, LanguageLine may be a
fit for you.
The
information on pay isn't currently posted on LanguageLine's website, but old
information indicates that you are paid weekly.

19.
Verblio – Freelance Writing
This is a
content site formerly known as BlogMutt. Basically, the clients who need
content post it. You are free to grab any jobs you like, but there is no
guarantee the client will “buy” your work. Still, some people are apparently
able to do well here. You must be a US citizen to write for them.
Verblio
allows you to invoice weekly for payment.

20. Rev –
Transcription
If you
have strong English skills, a computer, and a dependable internet connection,
you may qualify to take on transcription work for Rev. You will have to pass a
skills test before they will consider you for work.

21.
MaritzCX – Telephone Interviewer
MaritzCX
is a well-known company regularly conducting market research interviews. They
hire people to do this virtually, as an online job from home. This is open to
US residents only, and your pay starts off at whatever your state's minimum
wage is. Raises are possible if your performance is high.
Payments
are made via direct deposit every week.

Babbletype – Transcription & Transcription QA
Babbletype
is an older, well-known company for transcription, transcription QA, and also
translation. You work for them as an independent contractor, and you set your
own schedule.

23.
NiceTalk – ESL Tutoring
As a
NiceTalk tutor, you help people who do not speak native English learn fluency
via one-on-one video chat. Applicants with TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or
IELTS/TOEFL teaching experience are preferred, but only English fluency is
required.
You are
paid for each full minute you spend talking ($10 hourly). Payments are made
weekly via Paypal as long as you have at least $20 in your account.

24. Skooli
– Academic Tutoring
Skooli
hires online academic tutors on a regular basis. Pay is high — most people
working for this company earn at least $20 an hour.
To become
a Skooli tutor you will need one or more of the
following: Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification, Master’s
degree or PhD, state or provincial teaching license, or ESL or other
language qualification.
As long as
you have earned $100, you can request payouts from Skooli. These are sent to
Paypal shortly after you request them. So if you earn at least $100 a week (and
it seems that is possible with this company), then you should see payment
weekly or more often.

HOTH – Freelance Writing
The HOTH
is almost always looking for new freelance writers for their blog writing
service. To qualify, you must be a native English speaker with some experience
keeping deadlines.

26. Crowd
Content – Freelance Writing
This is a
site that regularly accepts content writers. As a writer for Crowd Content, you
can either pick and choose from their marketplace, or you can work on managed
content projects.
Crowd
Content pays twice a week. Payments come via Paypal, and you must have at least
$10 in your account to receive a payment.

27.
NextWave Advocacy – Organizers & Writers
This
opportunity is similar to OnPoint Advocacy (above). NextWave is almost always
looking for independent contractors to work as organizers and writers to get
involved in political issues at the federal, state, and local levels.
They claim
to be a non-partisan firm. This is project-based work, so you may not
always have something to work on.
Payments
are made weekly via direct deposit.

Restaurant Revolution Technologies – Virtual Servers
As a
virtual serve for Restaurant Revolution Technologies, you work at home
to support numerous different restaurant chains and handle their incoming
food orders to support their takeout operations.
They offer
online jobs from home in certain US states, including Delaware, Florida, Idaho,
Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania. Virginia, West Virginia, and
Wisconsin.
Pay starts
at $9/hr with a pay increase to $10/hr after completing your first 90 days.

Upcall, you work at home completing customer service and sales calls. They pay

This is an
old, well-known company that occasionally has home-based telephone work
available for data collection. These positions are typically open to people in
the US.

Infocision – Customer Service
Make
inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your home. Offers benefits and
employment (not an independent contractor opportunity).
You must

Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon,
Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia.

If you're
a native English speaker over the age of 18 with great grammar and writing
skills, you may be able to get accepted to write for The Content Panel. You are
free to pick and choose jobs you're pre-approved for from their job board.

are made every Monday via Paypal with no minimum payout threshold. The Content

eScribers – Legal Transcription
This
company is regularly hiring experienced legal transcribers, and they tend to
have lots of work available to keep you busy. You must be able to type at least
70+ WPM to qualify. They are open to US residents, but cannot hire people residing
in Massachusetts at this time.

Broadpath Healthcare Solutions – Customer Service Reps
At
Broadpath, Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for
navigating Healthplan members through the Health Insurance landscape through
excellent service. They will supply you with much of the equipment needed to do
the job.
Pay
frequency is not indicated on Broadpath's hiring page, but I found reports
online from people who work for them saying you are paid weekly.

This is a
company that hires for general transcription. They are one of the lowest-paying
companies that I'm aware of, so if you're accepted, you may want to just see it
as supplemental income.

Connect – Customer Service
Kelly
Connect is regularly hiring work at home customer service reps. They are best
known for their work with Apple. So if hired, you may be helping to support
customers using Apple products.

Brands – Customer Service
Colony
Brands — a company well-known for their catalogs — is frequently hiring work at
home customer service reps. They generally hire in specific states, including
Nevada, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
While
their pay frequency isn't listed on their website, I was able to find out after
doing some digging that they do pay weekly.

Humanatic – Call Reviewing
Humantic
pays people to listen to recorded phone calls and categorize them. This is
pretty easy work, but the pay is extremely low. You may want to consider this
just extra money if you're accepted to work for them.

Sigtrack – Data Entry
This is a
company that accepts independent contractor to help with voter registrations.
The pay is extremely low, and you may not make minimum wage. You will do better
here if you have dual monitors to work from.

40. Upwork
– Freelancer Platform
Upwork
(formerly known as ODesk) is a popular work platform for freelancers. You can
bid on all kinds of contract jobs across a variety of industries and skillsets.
On Upwork,
you can set up your own payment schedule, so it is possible to get weekly
payments.

41. Field
Agent – Smartphone App
Field
Agent is a smartphone app that pays you to go around to stores in your town and
gather information. It's available for iPhone and Android devices. This should
just be considered supplemental income.
In most
cases, payments are made within a few days of cashing out. The majority of jobs
pay $1 to $12 each.

42. SlicethePie
– Reviewing Music
SlicethePie
is a very popular site that will pay you to review music (as well as some other
things). Basically you just listen to a snippet of a track, rate it, and write
a few sentences with your thoughts on what you heard. SlicethePie is good for
supplemental income only.

pays via Paypal on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. You have to have at least
$10 in your account to get paid, but for most people, this is very possible.

UserTesting – Website Usability Testing
UserTesting
has been around for a number of years now. They pay up to $60 for usability
tests you participate in for their clients. This is pretty easy work that
doesn't take long. You just visit a website or an app, complete some tasks, and
speak your thoughts aloud.

are made via Paypal within seven days of your completed tests.

UserFeel – Website Usability Testing
This is
another website usability testing site similar to UserTesting, above. It works
in pretty much the same way, only UserFeel only promises up to $10 per test.
And again, this is one is also just good for supplemental income.

pays via Paypal or Amazon gift cards, and you can expect payment within seven
days of your completed and approved tests.

Copywriter – Freelance Writing
Get a
Copywriter is frequently looking for new copywriters to join their team,
working from home. The amount you earn per assignment depends on the length.
They are open to hiring people worldwide.
Payments
are made weekly once you have $15 in your account. Writers in the US get
paid by bank draft through Bill.com, and writers in other countries get paid by
Paypal.

This is a
very low-paying content site, but they are regularly open to writers. Hire
Writers is currently accepting writers from the United States of America,

your writer account to qualify for a payment ..

home, it's flexible work you can do on your own time.

This is an
online English school for kids aged 5-16. They are usually looking for new

language is a plus.
